Nadya is of MENA descent and is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community.

Nadya is a Diversity and Inclusion Partner, and has 10 years' experience of working in HR and D&I in central government and the education and charity sectors. In those roles, Nadya has developed and delivered various equality and diversity training and awareness sessions, led on gender pay and ethnicity pay gap reporting and authored employee policies that have included; transgender equality, grievance, whistleblowing, bullying and harassment and modern slavery. Nadya is passionate about addressing the lack of BAME representation at the top of British organisations and so focused a research project on the subject.

Additionally, Nadya was an equality officer for a public sector trade union, representing members experiencing harassment and discrimination.

Nadya is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
